Taste T's Pastries

PROJECT SCREENSHOT

Problem

Pudding sold as pudding is a commodity. Tacha Geffrard's is not — it is a Southern, Florida and Caribbean recipe with the "Puddin" brand around it. But the person buying one cup at a market, the person ordering a full pan for a wedding and the person following the founder's story need three different paths.

Opportunity

One site can run all three without becoming three sites, as long as each journey has its own entry point and its own next action.

Solution

Direct ordering across the year-round flavours — Classic Banana, Coconut Banana, Nutella Banana, Oreo Cookies and Cream — alongside four seasonal collections and 21+ spiked, vegan and gluten-free variants.

System

A separate catering funnel specified by serving format, five of them from 3 oz shooters to a full pan, for weddings, corporate events and baby showers. Plus delivery and pickup details, an events page for the markets, a founder-story About page doing the trust work, and a Food Truck Fund page kept apart from the shop — backing a truck is not the same ask as buying a dessert. Built on Squarespace with Google Tag Manager in place.

Result

Someone planning a wedding and someone buying a single cup on a Saturday each find their own path on the first screen. Order volumes are not shown here; they have not been measured.

Next step

Turning the seasonal collections into a repeat-purchase calendar: the same customers, told when the next flavour lands.

The figures above are placeholders until measurement is in place. Measured figures will replace them. Estimates never will.
