Caribbean A.T.O.
Problem
Choosing a house is not a purchase decision, it is a research project. Size, model, price, what that price includes, what it does not, how to finance it. A buyer who cannot resolve those questions does not enquire — they leave.
Opportunity
The catalogue is the sales tool. Fifty-two models already differ in the ways buyers care about, so the site's job is to help someone narrow fifty-two down to one.
Solution
52 models organised into four collections — 26 blokhutten from roughly 6 to 36.9 m², 19 blokwoningen from 36 to 118.1 m², 3 villas from 150 to 240 m², and 4 fixed Pikin Dyompo packages — with filters for size, bedrooms, bathrooms and price, and model pages that suggest comparable alternatives.
System
A rule-based "Help mij kiezen" tool that walks an undecided buyer to a shortlist, pricing that separates what the model price covers from what the final project costs, and financing stated up front: 60% deposit, 40% in instalments, subject to assessment. Every path ends in WhatsApp or the contact form. There is no cart — a house is not a checkout purchase.
Result
Someone who arrives not knowing what a blokwoning costs leaves with a model name, a price they understand and an open WhatsApp thread. The site footer carries the credit publicly: "Made by Seth Tjokrodimedjo". Related work for the same client: the Pikin Dyompo promotional package — print, social and creative direction.
Next step
Tracking which models draw the most enquiries, so the catalogue can lead with what people actually ask for.
