Webwerp is a one-person studio, not a large company. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use the contact form on this site.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if you give one), what you're looking for, and the message you write. If you tick the box to receive maintenance-plan info, we note that too.

Why we collect it

To reply to your message — that's the only reason. If you opt in to the maintenance-plan checkbox, we also use your email to send you that information. We don't use your details for anything beyond what you contacted us for.

Who sees it

The contact form is processed by Formspree, the third-party service that delivers your submission to our inbox. Formspree handles that technical delivery; we don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as it takes to respond to your inquiry — and, if you become a client, for the length of the project and a reasonable time after, for our own records. Otherwise, it's deleted once your inquiry is resolved.

Your rights

You can ask what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@webwerp.com and we'll take care of it.
