ABOUT WEBWERP

Don't digitize the brochure. Digitize the business process.

Webwerp builds digital systems that help businesses get found, generate leads, automate follow-up and understand what actually produces results — websites, SEO, conversion, automation and analytics, working together instead of as separate purchases.

Webwerp started with websites, but client problems rarely ended at the website. A business would come in for a redesign, and the real issue turned out to be how customers found the product, requested a quote, placed an order or got followed up afterward. That's the job Webwerp does now — not a site that looks good, but a system that does what the business actually needs, across the full digital journey.

Webwerp is run by Seth William Tjokrodimedjo, a web developer and systems-oriented digital partner based in Paramaribo, Suriname — not just a designer, but someone focused on how a website, a customer journey and the tools behind it work as one system. He trained in ICT application development at NATIN, has delivered freelance web and IT projects internationally since 2018, and worked as an IT technician at Computers & Repairs and later as a system integrator at SEOS International. There's no account manager and no handoff — the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and the person you reach after launch when something needs to change.

That systems mindset goes back further than web work. In 2018, Seth captained Team Suriname at the FIRST Global robotics challenge in Mexico City, then continued as a mentor for Suriname's FIRST Global program. Reading a problem, working inside real constraints and making separate parts work together as one system — that's the same approach behind every Webwerp project since.

How we price: every tier and bundle is a fixed price for a defined scope, and most services come in three sizes so you can see where you land before we talk. See pricing.

01

The Webwerp Method

Every project gets read through the same six stages, in this order.
01

Diagnose

Find out what's actually costing the business work or leads today — not what looks broken, what is.

02

Map

Map the real business process behind the site: how a visitor actually becomes a customer, step by step.

03

Build

Build the actual site or system the process needs — not a template with a new logo on it.

04

Connect

Wire it to the tools the business already runs on: CRM, WhatsApp, invoicing, booking.

05

Measure

Set up real analytics that track what matters to the business, not vanity metrics like pageviews.

06

Improve

Use what the data shows to fix what isn't converting, and keep improving after launch.

02

Three markets, worked in sequence

Webwerp works three markets, one at a time, in this order — each phase funding and informing the next rather than spreading thin across all three at once.

PHASE 1 · SURINAME

Home base

Paramaribo is where the method gets proven and where cash flow comes from first — local businesses that need to move past a static brochure site.

PHASE 2 · NETHERLANDS

Professional services

Executive coaches, consultants and boutique professional-service firms, where trust and lead flow — not foot traffic — decide growth.

PHASE 3 · FLORIDA

Automotive shops

Independent and performance automotive shops, a market with clear booking and follow-up gaps a connected system can close.
