Six offers, five questions. The same five questions get asked at the start of every Webwerp project, before anything is designed or priced, and answering them honestly about your own business usually points straight at the package that fits — often before you ever talk to us about it.
The five questions
Audit, Foundation, Storefront, Growth System, Operations System and Care each answer a different weak point, not the same one restated six ways. Read the business against these five questions, one at a time, and the honest answer to each one points somewhere specific.
- How do people discover you? If the honest answer is "I'm not sure," that uncertainty is itself the finding — a Webwerp Audit exists to answer this question and the other four at once, in writing, instead of leaving it a guess. If the answer is clear but what people find once they arrive is not credible, that is Foundation.
- What makes them contact you? No clear form, no click-to-chat, no reason to act on the page — that is also a Foundation gap, because a site with nothing to click is a brochure, not a way to be contacted. Wanting to buy something specific and still having to call or message to do it is Storefront.
- What happens when they contact you? A reply that depends on who happens to see the message first is Growth System: a qualification form, a CRM connection and follow-up that runs on its own without anyone typing it by hand. A person still copying every enquiry into a spreadsheet, writing the same quote out by hand, is Operations System — the same steps, automated end to end.
- How does the business follow up? "Whenever someone remembers to" is precisely what Growth System's automated follow-up sequences remove.
- How does management know whether it is working? A gut feeling is what an audit answers the first time round. Once something is live, Care's monthly review answers the same question on a schedule, quarter after quarter.
The three stage bundles
Foundation, Growth System, Operations System and Care are built to stack on top of each other, and three combinations come pre-priced as bundles — each one cheaper together than its parts bought one at a time.
- Launch, $995 — Live in both languages, tracked from day one, and monitored for three months.
- Grow, $1,750 — Every enquiry lands in a sheet or CRM, gets a follow-up without anyone typing it, and shows up in a dashboard.
- Run, $2,750 — Leads routed and followed up automatically, one manual process removed end to end, and a monthly review of the numbers.
Every bundle already includes Foundation Standard and a first quarter of Care, so the site is being watched from the moment it launches, not left alone the day the invoice clears.
When to skip Foundation
Not every project starts with a website. If the site you already have passes a Webwerp Audit, Foundation is not needed at all — Growth System or Operations System get built directly on top of what already works, with nothing rebuilt for the sake of rebuilding it. Replacing a site that was never actually the problem does not fix a lead that never gets a reply; it just spends the budget somewhere the weak point was not.
How to decide
Reading the business against five questions on your own gets you most of the way there. A free call gets you the rest of it: fifteen to twenty minutes to walk through what is actually happening today, question by question, and which of these six offers, if any, is the gap worth closing first.
