The Webwerp Method, step by step

Every Webwerp project — audit, website, growth system or automation — runs through the same six stages, in the same order. Skipping ahead to "build" without the first two is how businesses end up with a good-looking site that still doesn't produce results.

01 · Diagnose

Before anything is designed, we find out what's actually costing the business work or leads today. Not what looks broken — what is.

02 · Map

Next, the real customer journey gets mapped: how a visitor actually becomes a customer, step by step, including the parts that happen off the website entirely — a phone call, a WhatsApp message, a walk-in.

03 · Build

Only now does building start — the actual site or system the mapped process needs, not a template with a new logo on it.

04 · Connect

The build gets wired to the tools the business already runs on: CRM, WhatsApp, invoicing, booking. A system that doesn't talk to the rest of the business is still a brochure with extra steps.

05 · Measure

Real analytics get set up around what matters to the business — enquiries, quote requests, bookings — not vanity metrics like pageviews.

06 · Improve

The data from stage five feeds back into what gets fixed next. This is the stage a brochure site never reaches, because there was nothing being measured to improve.

Every client gets read through the same five questions: how people discover you, what makes them contact you, what happens when they do, how you follow up, and how you know it's working.
